Sasha M. Raab joined the firm as an associate in 2020, practicing in the firm’s Business practice group. Sasha leverages her practical experience, legal, and business background to offer client-focused solutions.
Sasha first attended Johnson County Community College and then graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science from Park University in Business Administration. During her undergraduate studies, she was involved on the student activities board, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. She also worked as an assistant at a small estate planning firm where she learned the importance of planning for a client’s future. After graduation, Sasha worked as a legal administrator for Cerner Corporation for two years allowing her to discover a passion for business law.
Sasha received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2020, where she was a recipient of the Linda S. Legg Business Law Scholarship and graduated Order of Coif. While at KU Law, Sasha served as the Executive Comment Editor of the Kansas Law Review, the president of the Jewish Legal Society, and Head Dean’s Fellow where she mentored incoming law students. She also represented KU Law at the Interscholastic Transactional Law Competition in Durham, North Carolina. Sasha received three awards for receiving the highest grade in individual classes, including Property, Non-profit and Tax Exempt Organizations, and Corporate Finance. In 2020, the Kansas Law Review published her article on the regulation of crisis pregnancy centers and the free speech implications of such regulation. At graduation, Sasha received the Law Class of 1949 Award for Leadership, given to the graduate who has contributed most significantly to the overall experience to the students in Green Hall, and the Robert E. Edmonds Award in Corporation and Securities Law.
Sasha works with clients on matters of real estate and estate planning, as well as issues of entity selection and business organizational documents.
