Robin E. Scully, II
Robin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in May 1997, where he was a member of the legal fraternity, Delta Theta Phi. He is admitted to both the Missouri and Kansas bars.
Prior
to joining Payne & Jones, Robin was part of the litigation team prosecuting
the Missouri Attorney General action against the tobacco industry, and also
handled several other private personal injury cases against big tobacco. Since
transferring to Payne & Jones, Robin has worked primarily in the areas
of insurance defense, corporate, commercial and personal litigation, and environmental
litigation against the corporate farming industry. He is a member of the Kansas
City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Johnson County Bar Association.
