J. Tyler Peters
Since joining the firm in 1991, Mr. Peters has practiced as a trial attorney concentrating primarily in the areas of business, commercial, employment, construction, land use, copyright and trademark, and insurance defense litigation. In addition, Tyler has assisted clients in a wide variety of administrative proceedings in both Kansas and Missouri.
Mr.
Peters is admitted to practice before the federal and state bars in Kansas
and Missouri. He has also litigated in various state and federal courts around
the country on a visiting basis. He is a member of the Johnson County, Kansas
and American Bar Associations and was also was selected to participate as
an associate in the inaugural Kansas Inns of Court Program.
