Peter C. Simonsen
Background
Peter Simonsen joined the firm as an associate in 2010. His practice focuses primarily on the areas family law, DUI and traffic law, and civil litigation. Peter received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2007 and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in May, 2010.
Peter advises clients on all aspects of family law, from premarital agreements to post-divorce proceedings. He frequently addresses issues such as property division, spousal support, child support, child custody, and tax implications. Outside of family law, Peter has been an assistant prosecutor for the City of Mission, Kansas since 2010, where he has prosecuted numerous DUI and traffic related offenses. In municipalities other than Mission, he defends individuals charged with DUI and traffic related offenses.
