Michael B. Lowe
Mr. Lowe has practiced with Payne & Jones since 1990 and has handled a wide variety of cases. His practice concentrates on insurance defense and commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice in both federal and state courts in Kansas and Missouri. He has handled litigation involving: securities fraud, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, negligence actions, employment discrimination and business disputes. In addition, Mike has assisted clients in administrative proceedings in both Kansas and Missouri.
Mr. Lowe's professional memberships include the Kansas Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, the Johnson County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel.
Outside of his law practice, Mike is involved in many civic activities. He serves on the board of the Johnson County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and is active in state and local political issues. He is a member of the Village Presbyterian Church.
