Laurel R. Kupka
Background
Laurel Kupka is an associate attorney with the firm, practicing in the firm's civil litigation group, primarily in the areas of insurance defense, employment law, collections, family law, and civil litigation.
Laurel received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas in 2007 and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in May 2011. While an undergraduate, Laurel was a Watkins-Berger Scholar and member of the University Honors Program, graduating with University Honors. During law school, Laurel served as Staff Editor and Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. She also interned with the Honorable John W. Lungstrum, a federal judge presiding in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and volunteered at the Kansas Legal Services office in Topeka, Kansas.
