David K. Martin
In addition to his domestic relations and family law practice, Mr. Martin has extensive experience in other areas of law. Dave's diversity of legal representation includes serving the City of Mission, Kansas, as City Attorney. He continues to be involved in personal injury litigation, FELA claims, copyright law litigation and commercial law litigation.
Mr. Martin has also acted as Judge Pro Tern in a variety of courts in the area, including the Johnson County District Court, the Fairway Municipal Court and the Shawnee Municipal Court.
Mr.
Martin obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. He
attended Washburn University Law School where he obtained his law degree with
honors. While at Washburn, he served as Assistant Research Editor on the Washburn
Law Journal.
